About Epic Frequency
Some things in life are simply epic.
So, what exactly is Epic Frequency? Well, it's art. It's art rendered from the waveforms of iconic audio recordings. There are moments that define humanity and we thought it would be a great idea to create unique artwork that can visually express these defining moments. We call these pieces Epic Frequencies.
Epic Frequency was an idea between friends that started in 2008. Nathan Moore and Bill Seaver were publishing a monthly podcast and one evening after a recording session wrapped up they started talking about the "cool design in the recording software made by the audio." That sparked a conversation that grew into what eventually became Epic Frequency. Over the next two years they talked about the idea on and off and finally got more serious about it in 2010. Nathan and Bill worked on it periodically between their own businesses and in 2012 they officially launched Epic Frequency.
Bill Seaver is an entrepreneur at heart. In 2007 he started a social media marketing consulting company called MicroExplosion Media. In recent years he's expanded his consulting work to launch new brands and show companies how to thrive in a world where the rules of engagement have changed. Bill lives outside Nashville in Hendersonville, Tennessee. He and his wife have three children and a fourth coming in 2015.
Nathan Moore owns Anthology Creative, an interactive media & design company in Nashville, Tennessee. Nathan frequently works with clients in the entertainment and publishing industries, as well as several non-profit organizations. He enjoys being sparked by intriguing product ideas and seeing them grow as they are explored. Nathan has been married for eight years and lives in West Nashville.
